S & M did a fantastic job with our master bathroom remodel, which included installing a brand new double vanity and shower on the third floor. The crew was professional and incredibly hardworking, and Simon and Shawn were transparent during the entire process, including with the change orders that were needed along the way.

They also did foundation work, including rerouting electrical and gas lines and reinforcing for the new beams. Additionally, they moved and replaced a window and repaired the stucco from the move. We had old panel lights that had framing and Simon and his crew took it down and replaced it with sleek and modern lighting that complimented the space. We also needed backyard string lights put up for an upcoming party and they put those up as well. They got the job done beautifully! Fast, efficient, and at an affordable price.
